Since we launched a new version of Life Coach Office (LCO) just last month, this next release (LCO 2.0.5) is a small one.

We wanted to get something new, cool AND helpful out to you fast.

In LCO 2.0.5 you’ll find:

• Edit Vision and Goals Categories (Thanks Caroline and friends!)

• Reconfigure Journal – Viewing access when journal is open by another (Thanks Ouida and Benay!)

• Receive email alert when your LCO subscription payment has been skipped

• Add notes section to invoices (Thanks Zack!)

• Calendar fixes

This enhancement has been suggested ever since LCO was launched way back in 2013. I’d still like to thank Caroline for keeping it on our radar!

Multi-person, Concurrent Access to Coaching Journal

We are enabling coach and client to view the coaching journal at the same time.

Receive Warning Email of Payment Suspension

Receive email alert when your LCO subscription payment has been skipped.

If Paypal requests payment for your LCO subscription and no funds are in your account to cover the payment, Paypal automatically tries again after 5 days. If the funds are still unavailable after 5 days, Paypal will give you another 5 days and then they will suspend your account. When this happens you and your clients are no longer able to log in to your LCO account until payment is received.

Until LCO 2.0.5, we’ve just let Paypal communicate this to you.

Now, you will still get notifications from Paypal but we will also follow up with a friendly reminder so that you can hopefully avoid the extra work of getting your subscription suspended and having to reactivate it.
